Escape Anchorage is a woman-owned escape room destination located in Chugiak, within the greater Municipality of Anchorage, offering nine distinct themed rooms designed and built entirely in-house. Unlike cookie-cutter escape experiences, every room at Escape Anchorage reflects original storytelling and custom-crafted set design that immerses groups in fully realized alternate worlds.

Room options span a wide range of moods and difficulty levels. Test your nerves in The Sanatorium (ages 8+), face off against outlaws in Deadwood Saloon, or step into the pitch-black horror of Ghostly Gallows — a UV-lit, jump-scare-filled challenge priced at $40 per player, recommended for teens and older. MaDhOuSe FuNhOuSe ($40/player, ages 8+) rounds out the most intense offerings. Five additional themed rooms priced from $30 per player cater to lighter moods, adventure-focused groups, and mixed-age families looking for a challenge without the scares.

Sessions run 60–70 minutes and are designed for groups of four or more. All visits are private bookings — your group gets the room entirely to themselves with no strangers, no distractions, and no time pressure from other players crowding your experience. Groups are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes early to review the rules. Game masters monitor every session and are on standby to offer hints and keep the story moving.
