The brewery side delivers solid craft ales and lagers with an Alaska sensibility — approachable and well-made, with rotating taps that reward repeat visits. The winery program, centered on Concorde grape wine, is an unexpected pleasure: fruit-forward, honest, and the kind of thing that converts beer drinkers mid-pour. The mead program is where Ravens Ring has built its most devoted following.
