Ultimate Alaska Wilderness Multi-Sport Challenge
The Anchorage Adventure Race Series brings together Alaska's most adventurous athletes for multi-sport wilderness challenges that showcase the state's incredible natural terrain. Teams navigate through diverse Alaska landscapes using trail running, mountain biking, and kayaking skills in a race against time and the elements.
Each race features carefully designed courses that highlight Alaska's unique geography, from coastal waterways and mountain trails to dense forests and alpine meadows. Professional course design ensures both challenge and safety while providing stunning scenic backdrops that make every race a memorable Alaska experience.
Competition categories accommodate various skill levels from elite athletes to recreational adventurers, with solo and team divisions available. Experienced guides and safety personnel monitor each course section, providing assistance and ensuring participant safety throughout the wilderness challenges.
Post-race celebrations include local food vendors, gear demonstrations from outdoor equipment companies, and awards ceremonies recognizing outstanding performances. The series builds community among Alaska's outdoor enthusiasts while promoting wilderness stewardship and environmental awareness.
Start Time: 7:00 AM (registration begins 6:00 AM)
Registration: Required in advance, limited to 150 participants per race
Entry Fee: $85 individual, $240 team (3 members)
